What is Hiatus Hernia and how can it be helped?
Hiatus Hernia is caused by a protrusion of an organ, typically the stomach through the oesophageal opening in the diaphragm, it causes untold discomfort when swallowing food and is a very difficult physical operation to work on.
I discovered many years ago how to help this situation without having to go through a painful operation and have had many successes. What I do helps the protrusion go back into place and as the oesophagus is like a rolled up sleeve, is pulled back down.
The psychological effects of the hernia; what are you not stomaching, so much so, that you have to push it outside of yourself.
If you would like help or you know of anyone suffering, please pass on this information and I would be only too pleased to help and answer their questions.
