What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

How can it help with anexiety, panic attacks, fears, phobias etc

Emotional Freedom Technique is also known as EFT or the Tapping Therapy.  Tapping on the karate chop point and saying positive affirmations about yourself helps to move negative energy from your body.  How does it work? EFT works by tapping on meridian points to relieve blockages throughout the body, held onto emotions causes the body not to function properly and a course of EFT can get those emotions moving out for good.

Energy work is the way forward these days as it is a very gentle but effective way of working to get what you want without having to go through the trauma again to clear it. Going over and over something makes it fester even more and does very little to heal the situation.  Tapping on the situation taps out the negative emotion and taps in the positive.
